Ladislav Boldi, founder of ONLINE DEMOCRACY, has developed the EU Asylum Policy Convergence Programme “PRAGUE CONVENT”, which systematically addresses the current challenges related to asylum policy. The programme creates a coordinated framework for cooperation between EU Member States, addressing reception and protection of asylum seekers, while taking into account the wider context of migration and security.
The aim is to unify the European asylum system so that it meets the highest security and technological standards, enhances legal, social and economic stability and makes a significant contribution to the protection of EU Member States. Massive migration, up to 90% of which is organized through social networks, poses a serious threat to the security and stability of the EU and it is therefore essential to introduce new measures to prevent, detect and effectively manage these flows to ensure the security of the entire Schengen area and its citizens.
