The radicalization of citizens on social media, referred to as social terrorism, represents a new hybrid threat to modern civilization. This phenomenon permeates from cyberspace to mobile devices, computers and social networks in every household and represents one of the most serious threats to democracy, national security, state stability and the health and lives of citizens.
